II. FORM OF APPLICATION AND DELIVERY TIME

1- For available items:

a) Tien Hung supports door-to-door and free delivery in the inner city Ho Chi Minh City for orders over 3 million. Delivery time depends on when order:

-If order before 9am:  order will be delivered in the morning of the same day.

-If ordering from 9am to 2pm: Orders will be delivered in the afternoon of the same day.

-If you order after 2pm : Orders will be delivered to customers the next morning

(During order processing, errors cannot be avoided, customers can call us immediately if they feel that the delivery is delayed)

b) For orders under 3 million, customers can directly pick up at  Tien Hung  or Tien Hung  warehouse, which will support delivery of these orders if there is a delivery in the same direction. (Delivery time depends on other orders, ranges from 1 – 3 days)

c) For orders in provinces far from Ho Chi Minh City, orders will be used domestic express delivery service to deliver goods to customers. The customer will bear the express fee.

Tien Hung will order for items that are not available in the following cases:

– Customer signs order confirmation

– Customers pay in advance from  30% – 100% of the order value depending on the item to order

Ordering time depends on the factory and means of transportation:

a) Place an order by ship:

-In case the goods are available at the factory’s warehouse: order time is from 6-8 weeks or 8-10 weeks depending on the item.

– In case the goods are not available at the factory warehouse: Order time is from 12-14 weeksor 3-4 months depending on the item.

b) Ordering by plane:

– In case the goods are available at the factory’s warehouse: order time is from 3 -4 weeks or 4-6 weeks depending on the item.

-In case the goods are not available at the factory warehouse: Order time is from 10-12 weeks or 12 -14 weeks depending on the item

III. RESPONSIBILITY FOR SHIPPING GOODS.

– The company will be responsible for the goods and risks such as loss or damage of the goods during the transportation from our warehouse to you.

– It is your responsibility to inspect the goods upon receipt. When detecting damaged, scratched, broken, dented, or wrong goods, sign to confirm the condition of the goods with the delivery staff and immediately notify the Customer Care Department at our hotline number. Company.

– If the shipping service is designated and selected by you, you will be responsible for the goods and risks such as loss or damage of the goods during the transportation from the company’s warehouse to the destination. customers. Customer will be responsible for freight and related loss.

IV. OTHER CONDITIONS

– Free shipping policy does not apply to products purchased during golden hour promotions, shocking prices…

– Tolls and roads, entrance fees to villages or parking fees at apartments are paid by customers themselves.

– The company only delivers the goods to the correct recipient that the customer has registered when making a purchase. In the course of delivery, if there is an unclear change of recipient, we have the right to refuse delivery and ask customers to pick up the goods at the company’s sales location.

– If the delivery address is not clear, is located in a corner, or in dangerous places, mountainous areas, difficult transportation, we have the right to refuse to ship, deliver and receive goods directly. next.

– In cases of force majeure, due to natural disasters, floods, damage to ferry bridges, etc., we are not responsible for compensation for damage arising from delivery of goods on time or failure to deliver goods to the destination such as: agreed with the customer.

– In case we have shipped the goods to the delivery location as agreed upon at the time of purchase, but for some reason the customer requests to return the goods, then the customer must bear the shipping costs in accordance with the company’s regulations. company.

– For heavy and bulky products that need to be transported to the floor without an elevator, customers are requested to assist in the delivery.
